Forte R&B Band

Forte is a R&B Band from the San Francisco Bay Area, performing current and “Old School” Pop, Soul, Rock & Funk.

The band needed a flyer for an upcoming gig on short notice. There was not an opportunity to take new group photos and the quality of the existing photos ranged from poor to good. This constrained the design to use the lowest quality image to maintain equity amongst the band members. The design incorporates a brush paint effect on the black/white photo of the band members to create textures and layers that shows the band's bold energy and grit.
